I have following table and I would like to know how can i get a count of all the Class which dont have a Subclass

| Class | B | ||
| SubClass | SA | B | |

| SubClass | OP | A | |
Class  | I | 
Here if you see, only Class A,B,C has subclass but others dont have a Subclass. I would like to get the number of Class which do not have a Subclass
