Hello
How to automatically generate PDF pages of all the slicer selected options in my dashboard? I have a list in the slicer but i want to generate a page for each slicer option selected. Is this possible? I have premium license. Maybe use Power Automate to do this?

@Anonymous Yes you can achieve this using Power Automate, iterate over slicer value and then export to pdf. This document can get you started, Export and email a report with Power Automate - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

@parry2k Thank you for your reply!
I have followed the guide that you suggested and i managed to get the Power BI report exported as PDF and sent to me as attachment in an email. But it is not able to iterate through the slicer values. It only sends me the pages of the report. There are 3 pages in all and the slicer is on the second page. I would like to have the PDF file contain all the pages, so first page, and all slicer options (14 in total) for second page and third page. So, the final generated PDF file should have 16 pages. Could you please advise how to proceed?
This is the "Export To File for Power BI Reports" step but i don't know if it is necessary to configure this part or how to do it? And for the iteration, i assume there is some loop involved but i don't know how to build it so that it takes into account the slicer index/value. Any help is much appreciated!
Hi were you able to get the iteration done for all the segments? Thank you 🙂
Hi,
