How to generate GUID for each row?

This command seems to create the exact same GUID for each row in the table. 

= Table.AddColumn(#"Reordered Columns", "Custom", each Text.NewGuid())

How do I make a unique GUID for each row?

I think you just put something like this in the Add Column Box

try Text.NewGuid() otherwise 0
