Hi all,
I have an issue where we have item sales which are calculated by quantity x current price. The difficulty is that our item prices changes few times a year as seen in screen shot.
For example if posting date is 30.6. the price for item 5230 should be calculated with price 9,32 and the next day it should be 9,45
Could you help me to write DAX where Power BI could use a valid price
Thank you for all the help beforehand 🙂
BR
Matti

Prices will change in about few weeks, right now I have manually filtered to use prices which have starting date before 1.7. If I don't do that, there will be double prices (1.4-30.6. & 1.7.-31.12.)
I have 2 data sources, Item Entries (Quantity) and Purchase Prices (Unit Cost EUR).
you posted other data above
