How to find percent of a custom column above a set amount with one condition?

Hello, I am trying to make a line chart which displays the percentage of a total count of tests which were completed within their required timeline, but the timeline is varied by subject. The time in which they are completed is currently a custom column:
Time In Process = IF(ISBLANK('Table'[Reviewed Date]),DATEDIFF('Table'[Start Date],TODAY(),DAY),DATEDIFF('Table'[Start Date],'Table'[Reviewed Date],DAY))

The data looks like

Test IDStart DateReviewed DateTime In ProcessSubject
125 Jan 2025 6Science
225 Jan 202530 Jan 20255Math
301 Jan 2025 30Art

My desired output would be a calculating which percentage of science tests are above x amount of time in process and same for math and art as each subject has a different KPI for review times Then creating a percentage based off count of test IDs. I am not sure if this is possible in Power BI as I am migrating from Tableau and was able to do this in that software?

Hi @Asuna  - Yes, this is definitely possible in Power BI using DAX.

Please find the attached pbix .

Hope this helps.

Hello @Asuna

Could you please share an extended sample dataset (with additional rows) to help me better understand the data structure? I also have a few clarifying questions regarding the analysis:

Line Chart Clarification: For the visualization, could you specify which metrics/variables should be plotted on the x-axis and y-axis? If available, a rough sketch or example of the intended line chart output would be greatly appreciated.

Time Calculation: Is the "time in process" derived from the difference between the start date and review date? Are both of these date fields included in the dataset?

Threshold Definition: Is the "threshold time" a predefined column in the dataset, or is it calculated using a specific formula or rule?

Thank you for your guidance!
