How to find best month for each agent

Hello - How can I find which month was the best month (MMM-YY) and (Total) sales for each agent?

Total sales = Sale - Marketing Fee

I would like the result to be shown as below

Create a rank  measure

rankx(summarize(allselected(sales), Date[Month Year], Agent[Agent]), [sales],,desc,dense)

and use visual level filter rank =1

or try like

TOPN with Two columns

2 column top N = CALCULATE([Sales], TOPN(1, summarize(allselected(sales), Date[Month Year], [Agent]), [Sales],DESC),VALUES('Date'[Month Year]]), VALUES('Agent'[Agent]) )
