How to filter the value in the chart permanently and do not change that over filtering other values

I have a slicer and a chart in the power bi report , so the field "Actual" has to shown permanantly in the chart and rest of the data has to filter upon the slicer selection. Attached image. In the image the left side data is comin from the 'Actual' and other data is coming as per slicer selection above, but i have selected Actual also. So i don't want to select 'Actual' in the slicer but it has to show in the chart permanantly without selecting that Actual.
Please help me to acieve this.

@JaipalAnu I have done something similar and showed it here In this part 2, allow the user to decide when to show the Total - why KEEPFILTERS is not required - ...

 

Watch Part 1 as well and that will help you understand the concept and how you can achieve this.
