I've searched the forums and while I found things that may be close, I wasn't able to figure out how to push myself across the line on this particular thing.
I have a table with a list of interactions, like so:
[Date],[Agent],[PersonContacted],[bunch of random stats]
[Date],[Agent],[PersonContacted],[bunch of random stats]
I have a Matrix built that has counts of the names of the people who interacted with my agents, like so:
[Month]->[Day]->[Agent]->[PersonContacted]->[Number of Contacts]
This is working perfectly.
I'd like to have a different visual, for example:
"Agents Who Had More Than 10 Contacts With A Single Person in a Day"
[Agent]->[PersonContacted]->[Count]
I can figure that part out, that's pretty simple. However, if I want to make that dynamic, and let the end user of the report tell me (I'm presuming via a slicer) how many times is "bad"--how do I do that? I can't see a way to slice based on count of items.
Obviously I'm oversimplifying my data design. But hopefully this makes sense. If this has already been solved, and I'm just missing the boat, feel free to tell me to go read a post again. 🙂
