How to filter a matrix to visualise the line not having 100%

I would need your help to filter in the below matrix the column compliant in order to only see the percentages below than 100%.

U can use the measure in compliant %

Measure = IF(sum(Compliant %) <= 1 , sum(Compliant %) , BLANK())

I did create the necessary measure(for the compliant and not compliant answer)  and then was able to filter as expected.

Have you tried to set filters on your filter pane to desplay only numbers that are less than 100%?
