Hello everyone;
I want to open report with credential user filtered. Besides user can see unfiltered area when he want, so ı think that using role is not convenient solution? Do you have any idea?
Hi Herbert;
Thank you for supports, but ı want to use it in reports which have 6 page and a lot of visuals. Your solutions is so logical for one table unfortunately it demands so much efforts for complex reports.
I tried use username function measure as slicer but it didnt work. Do you have another idea except dax variable?
Best Regards,
Ramazan
If you want to username function to filter the table, it may depend on your table structure.
I'm giving you a simple sample, please refer to the attached PBIX file and following video.
When user sign in to Power BI Service, the table visual will show the related data of this user. If user wants to see all data, he/she can select the slicer to get the complete table data.
Best Regards,
Herbert
