How to file attachment ?

Hi All

May i know how to file attactment PBI file to this post ?

I cannot figure out how to do it m so usually i try to post dropbox link.

normally that the way I see people post files here, they share dropbox or other web service downloading links with theirs files.

normally that the way I see people post files here, they share dropbox or other web service downloading links with theirs files.
