How to extract users w.r.t sorted summation with some ranges

Hi , I want extract user list in 4-groups by using below logic , but I am not able to implement this

can any one help me to make this segments?

Please see these links on how to do dynamic segmentation.  This approach will require you to set up another table using Enter Data feature with your bands (0-25, 26-50, 51-75, 76-100) with no relationship to your other table(s).
