Please see the gif. It shows the two ways. One is using M language in the Query Editor. Another is using DAX. If they are not what you want, please share more sample data and your expected results. Then we will understand clearly.

It depends on what you want to do with this data afterward. You could use the technique documented here: https://marqueeinsights.com/how-to-work-with-sharepoint-multi-value-columns-in-power-bi/
This would give you a way to filter on all records that contain Apple, for example.

Go to the modeling Tab
Select New Table
in the formula bar create a table as follows
Unique Values = DISTINCT('Table'[Colunm])
