How to export the underlying data

Hi Team,

Can some one help me to understand how to enable the users to export the underlyning data from the Web.

I have enabled the Option in the Desktop. But when the user try to enable it seems to be not working.

Is there anywhere we need to enable this option to the user in the BI Web?

Hi @RanjanThammaiah ,

we suggest you to check the report setting, change the export data to "summarized data and underlying data".

BTW, this is a public community, if the data in your screenshot contain any Confidential Information, you should black it or delete screenshot ASAP.

Issue seems to be related to Tenant settings, where Admin can enable/disable export for entire organisations/Groups.

Please check with your Power BI Admin or O365 support team.
