How to expand a SharePoint list column with no expand icon available?

I have a SharePoint list column that looks like this:

ninosshiba_0-1633636380556.png

I don't see the expand arrows to be able to expand. I added a column using the formula below:

= Table.AddColumn(#"Trimmed Text1", "TCD4 Extract", each try [TCD4]{0} otherwise null)

But that only returns the first list item for each row. How do I get all items, maybe separated by commas, for each record? I want all list items, not just the first one.

Instead of [TCD4]{0}, use Text.Combine([TCD4], ", ") to list all of the items separated by a comma.
