How to enable Responsive option for text box and tables in Power BI?

I am trying to create a mobile layout report and found that Text Box and Tables are not automatically fit to the size like other visuals. The reason behind this is Responsicve option is defaulted to off in Power BI desktop. Kindly suggest an idea.
