Am making an attendance dashboard , the % of total HC is now giving me % where denominator is Countrows(table) , but i want to change this to give me % of specific category , for example if IC/Manager field is selected to "Manager" and a date 29 Feb is selected ( drop down as "not in office") i want to show the % of Managers not in office on 29th Feb ( and this % shall be upon the total Manager Headcount and not overall headcount ) similarly for other categories such as competency , gender etc. any idea to fix this ?

Hi @RD2235 ,
You do not need to do it for each category since the filter ALLSELECTED will do the calcculation based on the selected categories.

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsHi @RD2235 ,
For this ou may need to wrap your countrows in a calculate with the values of the category something similar to:
CALCULATE (COUNTROWS(Table), ALLSELECTED(Table[category]))
