How to download report as a .pbix file from Microsoft Power BI Community Galleries?

For example, I want to download https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Data-Stories-Gallery/Global-Super-Store/td-p/627564 as a .pbix file.

Is this possible?

There is an option available on very first post to download pbix file just.
