How to do time intelligence

Hi Friends,
I have a table which is Date table.
I have no idea how to join Date table to SO table.
I have explain below how to achieve the result I want.
Kindly help me. 
Im struggling.

@rainchong7401 , for the sync over you, need to create a new column

 

if(timevalue([SO_SyncedIn) >= time(18,0,0), datevalue([SO_SyncedIn)  + 1, datevalue([SO_SyncedIn) )
