How to do time intelligence

Hi Friends,
I have a table which is Date table.
I have no idea how to join Date table to SO table.
I have explain below how to achieve the result I want.
Kindly help me. 
Im struggling.

What if I want it to become next day and always 8am.
How should I do it? instead of 12am?
