How to do conditional formatting?

I would like to do conditional formatting https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-conditional-table-formatting

But cant find way to functionality. What I need to click to get forward? What I need to do able to Change color of columns and add data bar to table?

To add data bars to a table follow the steps below the screenshot:

1. make sure the table visual is selected
2. in the visualiation pane
3. open the context menu from one of the numeric columns
4. select conditional formatting
5. select data bars

Hopefully this provides the missing link
