How to do conditional formatting?
I would like to do conditional formatting https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-conditional-table-formatting
But cant find way to functionality. What I need to click to get forward? What I need to do able to Change color of columns and add data bar to table?

To add data bars to a table follow the steps below the screenshot:
- make sure the table visual is selected
- in the visualiation pane
- open the context menu from one of the numeric columns
- select conditional formatting
- select data bars
Hopefully this provides the missing link
