How to do RLS that can filter for different pages?

On one page I want to filter by email address column = userprincipalname(). 

But on the second page I want to filter by email address  = userprincipalname() && department = department of userprincipalname().

How can I achieve this? If not RLS, then with what? Thanks

@wpf_ , I doubt you can change RLS by page
