Hi,
I have looked through this forum and searched online but cannot find a solution for what I think is an easy problem. Below is my data table, and I simply would like a measure that will calculate (5,161.3/4392.7) or (Total CY/Total Target). Do I need to create a measure for CY Total and Target Total? I do not know how to create the two measures if that is what is needed. Thanks!!
should be able to just do a measure like below and change it to a %
@justingraff88 The only problem is I don't have a 'Table'. The picture in my example is a table visual. How do I pick up the total from the value from the visual table? I can't create the calc you suggested as I don't have an actual table. Do you have any other ideas for me to try?
@justingraff88 Not quite what I am looking for. I want to divide the column totals (5,161.3/4392.7)
It will display at the level it is at. So the total (117.50%) is the total of the columns divded by each other. If you don't want to display it with the different product levels showing I would recommend just putting the measure into a card visual (this would be the easiest way).
Alternatively you could just change the text and background of that column in the table to essentially hide the values
