Helper IIt will display at the level it is at. So the total (117.50%) is the total of the columns divded by each other. If you don't want to display it with the different product levels showing I would recommend just putting the measure into a card visual (this would be the easiest way).
Alternatively you could just change the text and background of that column in the table to essentially hide the values
