How to display "ALL" in Power BI Report Builder parameter field when all values are selected

I have a paginated report that has multi-value parameters and it works as intended, hower I need help in displaying ALL in the paramter field when all values are selected (e.g When all regions are selected) which is the default behaviour, Is this possible in power BI report builder.

What I have done in the interim is for each parameter data set I have appended a dammy ALL text by using UNION ALL like so 

SELECT 'ALL' AS fakeColumnName
UNION ALL
SELECT DISTINCT columnName
FROM MyTable...easy on the eyes but functionality wise does nothing as there is already a (Select All) field in there. Any suggestions are still welcome
