How to display most recent date data on to the report, when report opens?

Hello All,

I have a data request to display, where the users should have the most recent weekending date data (by default) on to the report, when the report opens and
after that if needed they want to choose a different weekending date other than or including most recent weekending date from the list of dates in the filter.

Thanks in Advance.

@Anonymous ,

Are you trying to configure default value(lastest date) in slicer? If you are, I would suggest you refer to answer similar case below:

Hello Anikah,

Have you tried using relative date filters? This sounds like a good use case.

Thanks,
