How to display all data points in a dot plot

Absolute beginner here. What ways can you display all data points (not summarised data; 146 rows of data) in dot plot format? 

I have tried the dot plot and scatter visuals. Images below are the closest I have got to how I want the graph to look.

@Watlis , if If X and Y axis are measures. Use a  key column in detail.

If you do not have one add an Index column in the power query
