@Anonymous - These are not the apps, they are workspaces.
Hover over a workspace and in the right side you will get ellipses, click over that and you will get an option to "Leave Worksapce".
That's how you can leave a workspace.

From my screen shot , can you pls indcate where ? i can find 3 dot at right size , and un-publish the workspace.

@Anonymous - Only admins can remove you from a workspace.
And if you are the admin for any workspace, you can remove yourself.

how to know I am admin ?
@Anonymous Follow the below steps-
1. Open a workspace
2. In the top right side you would see a tab with name "Access"
3. Click the "Access" tab scroll down to see the members with the access level
4. If you are not the admin for that particular workspace, you can reach out to him/her to remove you.
