How to customize tooltip when hovering over a column to show limits or max/min?

I have several 100% Stacked Column Chart and would like to show upper and lower limits of each segment. I don't think i can customize the tooltip for this. Is there another creative way to do this?

I'd like to suggest you to use 'tooltip page' feature to create a 'customize tooltips' based on current visual value:
