How to create theme for Title properties on all visuals?

Hello,

We have a custom theme for colors, fonts which generally works well.  But, we also want to set default values for all visuals to have a solid black border and set Titles (color, font size/color, etc) - and I cannot find a theme generator for how to do this.  Nor can I find any documentation for these fields using JSON.  Any help appreciated:

(1) How do I set all visuals to have a solid border?
(2) How do I set the properties of the Title - per screenshot - don't need the Title text - that will always change.
