How to create the start/end date of slicer

Hi BI Community Team,

I have a date table, month and date. To getting more easy for user to choose the start and end date of the month.

We want to create and apply the slicer that have start and end date as the screenshot below. 

Any suggestion/advise?

Thank you for your helpful feedback.

As per your screenshot and file pbix sharing, it's correctly working. But when I am trying to create the new with more data, then it's not working. It's still showing the 01/01/2022 and 31/12/2023.

Date seem not to be following the Year + Month selected. I am not sure file, it's manual choose or dynamic follow the month.

Please kindly check and advise if I am doing wrong.

Make Sure that both filter & slider are connected to Date filed from Calendar table

also make sure to edit interactions for both filter and slider to filter eachother
