How to create merged column headers in Matrix visual?

I would like to create a Matrix visual that looks like below where I have merged column headers (cars, trucks, suv's). How can I add the merged headers?

    Do those tables share the same structure? If they do, it would be better to combine them into a single table with an additional column to indicate the vehicle type. You can use the append feature in the query editor.
