How to create custom title on visuals

Hi,

Would want to ask assistance on how i can create a custom title on the visuals. title would be dependent on the filters. for example, i have a filter for priority as P1 and P2. But when i choose boths P1 and P2, the subtitle would only show P1.

Would want to know how i can show all the filter values on the subtitles.
