Hi @divyanshug15 

Those vertical lines are error bars with the same upper and lower bounds. Border and bar colors are the same as well. Please see the attached sample pbix.

you can take any data 
for y axis: Brand name
x axis : Revenue on bars and profit on lines besides the bars
