How to create below shown thing using PBI Desktop 9Ocotber Version 2024)

I have tried to emulate the shown snip below and struggling to create this using PBI Desktop,

 

I have already tried using (Create Groups, Hierarchies) etc but this does not look like its a group or hierarchy, 

 

Can anyone see the logo fo this and identify how do I creatte such thing .

The icon 1 is the icon of the calculation group.

The icon 2 is of hiding measures/columns:

Hi @shaikhzdandg 
1) Home -> enter data 
then add the data 
after adding the data 
2) go to the column and make it hide
