How to create an organisation hierarchy based on "Reports To" and visualise this?

I have the follwing data of each employee in the organisation. 

Employee ID, Reports To Employee ID, COST

I want to use the "Reports To Employee ID" to build out the hireachy of the origanisation and then the assoasited cost at each level. 

Ive tried using the Ultimated decomosition tree which looks awesome, but I think need someway to transform the Employee ID & Reports To Employee ID into category data it can recogise. 

any ideas?
