How to create an index column as a calculated column in dax

Hi.
I have a one column table that I need to index starting from one in order to use it to sort in the visuals in the the reporting view. Any ideas? Only power query I see where that can be done.

Thanks @Mahesh0016 , although this ranks it based on alphabetical order, I want to keep the order in the data view and start the first row 1

Please give PBI file if you....

Hi,

Not sure if it is useful for you,

But if I usually use the Rankx function in Dax when I don't use Index via Power Query :

Appreciate your Kudos and please mark it as a solution if it helps you.

Thanks @MahyarTF
