How to create an NPS bar -100 to 100 showing scores of multiple categories

Hi,

 

I've been asked to show NPS scores for various departments within my business on one bar chart from -100 to 100, and categorising whether this is negative, average or bad. NPs exampleNPs example

 

Has anyone done something like this, and know if it's possible?

I don't know of a visual that would do that, but it could be made with Charticulator.
