I want to create an index column associated with an items or products column.

@Syndicate_Admin In Power Query Editor, go to Add column and click the button that let's you add an index column either starting at 0 or 1. If you want a DAX solution, this is it: The Mythical DAX Index - Microsoft Power BI Community
