How to create a variable data row

Hey Guys!

I need to evaluate a situation and I'm not able to create it in Power BI.

Context: today we have NPS data (scores that show customer satisfaction with our product) and we recently launched a university with content and courses so that people can specialize in our product.
We would like to know if after this person enrolled, their grades improved.

What we have: NPS data (creation date, grade and user email) and university data (registration date and user email). These two databases are connected via user email.

What I need: my dashboard shows the user's grade constant and I wanted to include a line that marks the user's registration date (this date varies for each person) similar to the photo.
