How to create Interactive Layered Map In PowerBi

Hi,

We are trying to plot 3 different layers on the map as below using PowerBi. Any help would be highly appreciated.
Layer 1 : Polygons with sales value at Post Code level.
Layer 2: Seller location and seller type(3 Types)
Layer 3: 5 Km Radius around a sales point location

We are looking something like below snap.
