Hi,
I need to build a calculation that counts the number of items within a given date range - using a Date, Between Slicer on a Date table, and then I need to divide the number of days in that date range of the slicer by the number of Items in that date range.
So, for example: If my date slicer shows 07/15/2021 - 09/16/2021 (63 days) and there are 45 items during that time period, I want to divide 63/45. If the date slicer was then changed to 09/01/2021 - 09/16/2021, (16 days) and there were 23 items, I want to divide 16/23.
Is this possible?
Thanks for your help!
Mike
Solved! Go to Solution.
you need to create a date table and create relationship with the current table.
Then create a measure.
Measure = COUNT('Date'[Date])/sum('Item'[Item])
