How to count attribute changes in data set and then compare them YoY

Hello I have this dataset:

ID PERSON	CARD TYPE	SUBSCRIPTION YEAR
A	FREE	2018
A	PREMIUM	2019
B	PREMIUM	2018
B	PRO	2019
C	FREE	2018
C	PRO	2019
D	FREE	2018
D	PRO	2019

I would like to know for each year (e.g. 2018 vs 2019) how many subscribers have changed their plan (grouped by subcription plan).

Below an example of the desired output (of course it would be ok any kind of other visualizations showing the same result)

It seems that there is no visual is like your expected output, and it seems that your result will based on previous year . I  have no idea about this currently, and I just get result like below

In some posts I have read about EARLIER capability. Is this a case in which EARLIER function can help?
