How to combine two measures in single bar with in Bar chart of single axis in Power BI

 Hi,

I have a 2 measures those are measure 1 and measure 2 and placed in axis called service center to display data in bar chart.

Right now my barchart look like this.. and showing measures as side by side.

Existing bar chart view

as per need, I would like to show data mesaures on over the top on each measures like below...

so please provide your ideas and alternative solutions to meet same kind of bar chart layout.

Some of the visuals on marketplace can fulfill your requirement.

I have tried multiple custom visualizations but those are not met to get same chart layout.

Can you please suggest if any custom visuals or is there any alternatives to meet the expected output.
