    Hi Anonymous ,

    Please try:

    New = IF('Table'[First]<>BLANK(),'Table'[First],'Table'[Second])

    or:

    New := IF([First]<>BLANK(),[First],[Second])

    If [First] and [Second] are entity fields, give preference to bolfri's method.

    In Power Query M create new custom column [New]:

    if [First] <> null then [First] else [Secong]

  • Hi,

    In the Query Editor, right click on the first column and select "Unpivot Other Columns".  Remove the second column and rename and last column.

    Hope this helps.
