I am currently using Power BI Desktop version September 2024 (optimized for on-prem server).
This is my current format using a table visual:
Current Industry | Current Company | Staff Count |
Education | ABC | 10 |
Education | DBS | 15 |
Education | XYZ | 5 |
Education | Garena | 18 |
Education | Toys R Us | 4 |
Administrative Support | Airbnb | 50 |
Administrative Support | Starbucks | 40 |
This is what I want: collapse and expand the table when I select the current industry. Is there a way to show it like this?
Current Industry | Current Company | Staff Count |
Education | ABC | 10 |
| DBS | 15 |
| XYZ | 5 |
| Garena | 18 |
| Toys R Us | 4 |
Administrative Support | Airbnb | 50 |
| Starbucks | 40 |
Thank you.

Hi @MrOnly_One
The table visual doesn't expand or collapse similar to a table in Excel. Use the matrix viz instead.
Use tabular layout, disable the row subtotal and make sure the +- icons are enabled.
