I have created a report using free healthcare data but am not confident in the outcome- it's showing that all states spend the exact amount of $ on the same type of healthcare and I don't think this would be accurate. Any suggestions please?

I am not sure you are using the correct measure, you have a count of the states placed on your x-axis
i replaced that with the real expenditure changing the aggregation to a sum and this is what i get - if this is what you are expecting change your measure, see your file attached.
