How to change thousand and decimal separator

Hello,

I have this very simple requirement which seems to be very complex in Power BI - I would like to change the default formatting in one report so that dot is used as thousand separator and comma is used as decimal separator (currently it is the opposite).
I know there are similar posts but they didn't help me to solve my issue.

I have changed my locale to Dutch, then closed and reopened my Power BI report and still it doesn't work.

I have a similar problem but it only affects me when publishing it on the web, on desktop if I see the decimals and thousands correctly, I already change it in the browsers but it always appears incorrect

this is how it appears on the web

and should appear like this

I have the same problem. In POWER BI DESKTOP layout with "comma" as the thousands separator, but in POWER BI WEB (FABRIC) it is displayed with "dot". Were you able to solve it?

Hi @Quiny_Harl

Try to change the Language in Settings =>General =>Language in Power BI Service .

That setting only affects how it reads imported data.  I think you'd need to change your system locale to the Netherlands.  I tried unsuccessfully to get there with a custom number format, but it reads . and , based on the system locale.

FYI that you can hack it like below, but I don't know how many measures you have in your report.

Thank you for the suggestion!
I changed my system locale, however, when I reuploaded the report in Power BI service, it still shows the numbers with the US formatting.
