Can you please help me with how can I change the sequence of the columns of the graph i.e I want started to be at the end and submitted in the middle. the sequence will be
1) Phone Screen Completed
2) Submitted
3) Started

Create a new column in your table that specifies the sort order for each of your categories ('Phone Screen Completed', 'Submitted', 'Started').
Then, in the Modeling tab in the top menu, click on 'Sort by Column' and choose the new sort order column you've created.
